Welcome to the National Association of Firearms Retailers

Today's firearms retailers face an increasing number of challenges - stringent regulatory compliance, mounting legislative initiatives and tighter profit margins. To meet these challenges, the National Association of Firearms Retailers (NAFR) strives to provide firearms retailers with a united voice and a host of support services.

How the "Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act" Affects Retailers

The act protects retailers against "junk" lawsuits to the same extent it does manufacturers and includes the "Child Safety Lock Act" that requires retailers to provide all handgun purchasers with a safety device.
